No sound on sky movies

Hey guys I'm not getting any sound on the sky movie channels. Picture is fine just no sound. All other channels are fine. I have tried re scanning and updating epg but no luck. Any ideas?

Try pressing Audio button on remote few times

Thanks Tich I had to change the audio from ac3 to MPEG then it worked on all the channels
