No sound say boot on the lcd

Recently brought aprrox 2 weeks ago zgemma h2h wooshbuild build 6 the box has no audio and displays boot on the lcd, all channels show picture just no sound it has boot on the lcd no matter what I do even after its fully booted any help please kids driving me nuts

Ok have another box to test which Is for my friend both ordered from the same guy, it boots then counts from 0-100 when my box just displays boots with no audio
