no sound sky movie channels only Zgemma h2.s help!

yeah sorry, not my best english. I have a zgemma 2 and everything is working fine apart from the sound on sky movies and few other channels. There is no sound at all on some channels . Anyone body have any ideas?

Press audio on remote and change it to correct one. Happens to my box also
