no sound?

for some reason the sound has gone from all my channels on my zgemma box, has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a way too fix it please

Press Audio button on remote also check mute button at top

Also try diff hdmi lead/port.
This used to be a problem on ibox rarely but first heard on zgemma
