Cable Noob in need of help

Hi guys, I just received my new h2h box today and could do with some serious help. I've never had anything like this before as I've been lining VMs pockets for years. Although I have both a Sat feed and a cable feed I would like to set this up as a cable only box and as a noob I am going to have to be led by the hand like a child. I know I have to flash the box but what is the best image to use for cable only. Also I know I need to put a line in an N line I think is best by what I'm reading in the forum but I haven't a clue how to get one or how to put it in, any help would be greatly appreciated folks, I thought I could get help in the after sales forum but I never received a password with the box so couldn't get in. Thanks in advance for any help guys.
