Please change your DNS Settings for your box from BaseBuild:

1. In BaseBuild, press and hold the BLUE button to bring up the Quick Launch Menu - This has to be done from the intro video.
2. Select Network -> Network interface -> Set "Use DHCP to NO" -> press the blue button

One this screen you need to change both DNS Servers to the following:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

and press the green button twice to save the new config and exit back to the intro video.

Now run through BaseBuild again. Say no to deleting everything when asked and continue as normal.

I've came in from work today, re-tried the install, and it worked fine, so the BT server was updated. Useful to know about how to change the local DNS settings to. Thanks.

I have changed the dns thing as mentioned earlier but it has made no difference, any ideas please?

Have since reflashed the thing again with basebuild, changed dns to 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4. again, still fails to download.

The server is being looked at from their end as nothing has been changed by us.

I've followed the instructions above but when I press Green to confirm flashing the following Error message comes up;
"Not enough free space on /hdd!!
You need at least 300Mb free space.
Exit plugin"

But I put an 8Gb USB stick in the back!? So i'm not getting anywhere at the minute!
