Not getting bt1 hidden even after service scan

Not getting bt 1 hidden it's still working Preston area as friend has it any ideas to what I need to do please

Zgemma h2h. Been playing got or found the hidden but all bt sports gone from sports bouquet lol will have another play weekend

Bt sports1 hd hidden will not show up in the sports bouquets, so you will need to move it there yourself, and the other BT Sports no longer work, so no point those being on any sports bouquets, but you should also put a BT Sport1 hd along side the hidden one on your sports bouquets, just for the channel EPG as the hidden one is not the correct one.

Find a channel beginning with B (e.g. Box nation) then do the red button thing -- bt1 hidden will be there somewhere...

Find the BT Sport1 HD hidden channel, highlight it, then press menu, add service to bouquet, then put it into your sports bouquet, exit out twice until you have a tv channel on screen, press tv, then sports bouquet, then press up arrow on the middle of the remote control, the bt sport channel that you moved should be there, highlight again, then menu. enable move mode, press ok on the highlighted channel and move it to where you want it. Note though if your box does ABM updates every day then you will either have to turn the ABM rescan off, or put the bt sport channel back each time after it does its update.

Seems to be gone now, I suppose it was just a matter of time, SD BT Sports still ok on sat at least.
