Nvidia Shield - Slight stutter

When watching certain channels i'm noticing a slight stutter.

For example when watching sly sports news - the breaking news bar at the bottom that runs from left to right looks glitchy.

Is this normal? Or can it be fixed?

Try a different sly sports news channel see if it's same it could just be the channel it's self

I had a similar issue on some channels, it was fixed in the kodi settings in video where you can set kodi to Always change refresh rate when required as films are 24hz USA and UK are 50/60hz, if not a setting on your TV may solve it

Fixed, thanks chaps. Disabled some crap on the TV and followed the vid + refresh rate advice ::

if your using a firestick. and glitchy or stuttering . settings 10/80 60 frames
on remote control .press up and rewind button together the frame rate will drop to 1080/25. .when prompted click on the prompt..
