Occasional tune failed message

Hi

I've got a lx2 connected up only with one feed at the moment, but I've noticed today I keep getting a tune failed error message every 5-10 mins

Any ideas why this happening?

and how I could resolve this?

It's looking to set up the second tuner, switch it to "not configured"
