you have to type the sn number into a hex convertor, then you type the hex number into your box using your remote control, thats how you do it on s9 but i do not have one now use nds boxkey generator here a tutorial and remember google is your friend
on sky box go to Services
on the options tab select Settings
Down button and select Details
this will show your 10 digit serial number
take the 10 numbers and convert them to hex if it begins with any zero's these will obviously not go into calc
this will give an eight digit number if less than eight then put zero's in front to make it eight
this number will be your boxkey
