open box v8s channel

Basically I've got an openbox v8s and I'm having problems with one channel setanta Ireland every other channel is perfect my Cline provider says he can't see any problems his end signal intensity is 90% and quality is 68% like the other sports channels. Is there any reason this could be happening. Thanks in advance
 
everyone watching at the same time. he didnt see any problems because he owns the server, if a popular match was on that will be the reason without a doubt
 
It had tennis on it does it when nothing is on pal. He said update my channel list but only bought it yesterday and meant to of come loaded with latest list

Not always down to the server.Alot of the time maybe but its naive to say that;)
 
Sorted it for some reason sj list on them channels froze but I've been see sent a list that works spot on
