Hi, we have an Openbox 11 which has started freezing, we can be watching something and the picture keeps freezing, not sure if this could be down to our internet, can anyone help?

Does it do this on FTA channels as well?

Does it resume by itself after a few seconds, or does it crash the box & need to be switched off & on again?
