Hi guys,
I've recently purchased a V5S Box and i'm struggling to get a few channels. The majority of channels are working however i have a few important ones that are not working :(
When i go to the Antenna setup option in the settings menu it says that my Signal intensity is 90% and my Signal Quality is 85% so signal shouldn't be an issue. (I'm using my BSkyB satellite that i had installed with my Sky+ box)
When i'm watching channels that do work, on the info panel it says my SNR is between 75% and 80%
On the channels that don't work, it says the SNR is 5% - 7%
I have updated my box to the latest firmware and have also updated my Channel Listings to a more upto date listing.
Could it really be my signal?
