Openbox v8s issue not connecting to line

Hi, wonder if any of you can help... I have 2 openboxs (on different lines) which are failing to connect to the lines, with the status of the line showing as Offline or login... I was able to get the boxes to login by enabling wifi>restart>enable Ethernet>restart. This was triggering both boxes into logging into the line/server. I have reset both boxes to factory default and re-entered details back into boxes but the problem persists!! Any suggestions or anyone else who can relate to this issue would be appreciated...

If you can connect to the Internet (menu > local network setting > upgrade by network > connect) and you DONT get an http error message then You need to contact your server(s), the problem will be their end!
