openbox v8s not conencting to virgin superhub 3

Hello im trying to connect the internet to my openbox v8s. I have virgin superhub 3 but nothing is working? Any solutions please? I need help asap

IP address ?

Have you checked menu>network settings >Ethernet light should be green d.h.c.p should be on and applied Also has the security shield been disiabled on the router
Have you tried rebooting the router

the security shield has not been disabled. How do i do that?

Go to your VM management page---go to apps and disable websafe.

Are you certain that your box is an Openbox V8s and not a Freesat.cn V8, because the latter will not connect to a hub 3 but the previous will.

It says openbox on it

OK, had to be sure.
Check your ethernet cable,--ensure you are using dhcp ---check network connection in menu---ensure lnb cable in correct socket ---set up sat list with a tick against N015 and check lnb setting 9750--10600
