OScam Sab Unix?

Trying to figure out how to load a cam onto my Sab Unix Triple Tuner. I've figured out that I need to use an OScam and have installed it but when I try to ftp it to the box I get permission denied. Really stuck and appreciate any help.

No I'm trying to replace the oscam.conf file in /vat/tucbox/conf

Have you rebooted box and router then tried to use filezilla
