Parental pin on smart iptv

I've been using iptv on my samsung smart tv for months.its been working great except on certain movie and sport sections,its telling me to enter a 4 digit parental pin number.i've never set a set a pin up.i've tried 0000,1111,1234 etc.could someone help me out.thanks

Thanks but that changes the pin on my samsung tv.but i need the pin for the smart iptv app.

cant you do a factory reset then every thing should revert back to normal shouldnt it because im sure the pin is 0000 so some one must of changed it
Performing a factory reset:

1. 1 With the TV powered on press the MENU button on your remote control.
2. 2 Navigate to and select the Support section of the Main Menu.
3. 3 Navigate to and select the Self Diagnosis option.
4. 4 Navigate to and select the Reset option.
5. 5 Enter your PIN (the default PIN is 0000).

Usually the pin for smart iptv is what you have setup

Did you set a pin on it to stop kids ect

I've tried 8888.i must have tried a hundred over the last few months.it gives me 3 goes then the movie is blocked.i've never set up a parental pin code at all.everything else works fine ,just these certain vod sections and certain sport sections

Ask your provider if he has pin control
