Picons not showing for xtream catch up channels

Hi, I have been painstakingly renaming picons to match the exact names used by my iptv provider and then ftp-ing the picons to my box.
They are working great except for the channels where the xtream catch up is available. The channel names end with [+].
I have tried without this added on, with it added, with just the + added and with just [] added but the picons wont show.
Does anyone know how I need to name these channels please ?

Just add plus to the end of the Channels with [+]
skyone.png would then be skyoneplus.png
