Picture Quality

Hi I have Golden Interstar box. Ive noticed that the picture quality is rather dull compared to my normal tv. How do you change brightness, contrast etc on this box. Ive downloaded video enhancement but doesnt open up. Any ideas on how to improve picture quality. Thanks

what settings did you choose in setup,like hdmi etc.there should be adjustment from the menu to adjust picture if needed.
