can someboday please help me i have ben her litterally hours trying 2 set this zgemma box up is say openvix when i turn it on i cant download sucmnsee vix sky skin from download section for some reason channels are a mess feel like just pluging the v8 box bak in someone please help

if its a zgemma 2s just grab this image ZgemmaStar 2s(&H1) Vix 165 10/06/2015 sucmnsee - Downloads - TechKings format your usb stick to fat32 then drag image to pendrive turn box off put pendrive in box turn on it should say boot then flash wait till flashes then follow steps
