Plugin best fit error

I can't get ts media on my tv, it works on my mates, i keep getting this error " some plugins not available" system,plugins/videomode("best fit")

the the other plugins work, when ts media loads it shows on the box but then you can't do anything and have to turn it off at the back

are you downloading it stright from the box?

I set this up on my TV for my mate no problems, start with TSmedia 4.6 then updated to 5.3 off the box no problem all working, when i took the box to his house on his tv thats when i get the error and the freezing

ok just tested on mine it is working fine try the following

1restart your router
2 reflash the image. then do the complte setup around your mates house.
