Satellite Possible driver issue (ethernet not working on box)

Can anybody think of way to fix this issue or help test it.
My Zgemma box just stopped working one morning.
The Zgemma H1 box is not on my local network anymore.
I cant connect to it via the network and my channels have stopped working.
I checked the ethernet lead and it is fine as it works on another device.
There is no yellow and green light at the back of the zgemma box ethernet so I think there is no signal being sent or received.
The router does not assign an ip-address etc.
I have restarted the network service via the remote on the zgemma and it still does notwork.
I have heard you can use a wireless aerial with the box but the option is not in the networking setup.
I cant use the box to get more drivers as i cant connect via the plugin browser.
Does anybody know where to get the wireless drivers from so i could just put them on a usb stick and install the package?
Can anyone think of a way around this issue?

Probably best to reflash the image and make sure your ethernet cable is in when doing it. Make a backup of you settings.

failing that it could be a faulty port, covered under warranty??

the only time ive come across this problem has been straight out of the box, the port hasn't been working, I tried loading different images to no avail so had to send it back to manufacturer, if yours was working then stopped Id do as suggested above, flash a new image & try again
