Since moving into a new house that has a fancy sqaure type dish at the back of the house and a multiswitch fitted in the loft which has 2 feeds to just about all rooms I have been unable to recieve a lot of HD channels like history/sky arts 1 and 2 and a few others. Just wondered if its my set up or if other people have the same channels not working. Had the guy who fitted the dish and system to realign the dish and swap the cables about in the multiswitch which sorted some out. He said its a faulty multiswich but just set up another box a VU Duo for a friend and done a scan on his dish and it has similar channels not working by the way my box is a vu ultimo. Any thoughts or advice welcome. It did work ok on the sky dish I fitted but thats blocked off with scaffold at the moment so cannot do a scan on that.

OK just read the thread at the top of the page seems I'm not the only one with HD channels missing.
