I have finally got the EPG back working and the auto bouquet to populate channels. I have completed a channel scan and updated my line with new details but all my channels are now black.

have you restarted the softcam?
have you done a network test?

All completed only SD FTA channel available. I’m assuming it’s an issue with the?

highly likely to be the line expired or disabled, request one in the cable request thread

My problem was the incorrect line was inserted.....there was one space to many in the line.
