quad lnb and freesat/multiroom/sky+ advice please

I have a sky tv+ sub with multiroom for my daughter but there is a second cable in her room doing nothing is it possible to extend this to another room and have freesat. 2 connections are on the sky+ downstairs and 1 multiroom connection and one spare cable!

Isnt one for the loop on the sky plus tho, can this be used for another box, sky + is 2connectors to each box.

not if it's coming direct from the LNB.

Hi, can you not unscrew the cable going into your daughters Sky box and try the spare cable to see if it works?

got my openbox today and yes this set up works only got fta channels so far so will have a tinker with the box after reading all the helpful posts on this forum
