Question about Agc and Snr and Edision os mio4k Please!!!

Happy Xmas!!!! to everyone!!!
I have edision os mio4k and openpli 7 image
i have 30m cable viocal(good quality) motor amiko dm3800 and dish 1.20 and televes 7475 lnb
My question is:
The Agc levels ,,in all sats all channels not above 76%
The snr % levels are not above 75%
The snr in db ,,i think they are correct as in 13east i have max 16.4db and in 0.8w for example 17.4db
So why the agc is too low?Is anything i can do ? my setup? or drivers?
My snr in % is to low but in db is ok .Why is that?

Might be to do with distance from sat 13 gives me 10.7 db,snc 62%,agc 30% and ber 0 thats on 13 degrees and looking at Sky atlantic hd
picture quality is good and on a 1 m triax motorised.
