Reboot and CrossEPG Download

Hi
Only had the box for a few days (eBay box and gift).
I've noticed that when I reboot my ZgemmaH2S I have to redo the cross epg downloader and also the autobouquetsmaker scanner.
My question is this correct or is there some way for the box to remember without me having to redo these tasks?

Hi mate, you need a swap file on a usb.
I recommend you search for this in the forum, that will solve your problem.

A swap file missing is not your issue!

So even just a restart from the menu when holding the standby button will cause the EPG and channel list to vanish? Or are you turning it off using the button at the back of the box. The latter is bad and you should use deep standby before turning off.
 
I only ask so that if my wife of sister needs to reboot it for whatever reason, they don't have to start performing 'simple' technical tasks?
