recording issue

Hello my zgemma box records for 5 mins before displaying a disk full message on the screen yet i have 500gb free space

initialised the hard drive

formated it from ext 3 to ext 4

made sure its mounted

made a 256mb swap file

press file list and shows the hard drive 500gb free
records for 5 mins before shows disk full

Somethings not right if u had to convert from 3 to 4.
Try again. I know u prob know how but just in case
Take drive and format quick on windows. Default allocation size
Turn off box
Remove any usbs
Insert drive ur using
Boot box
Menu
Setup
System
Storage devices
Initialisation
Initialise
Menu
Setup
Vix
Swap manager
Blue create 256mb
Exit
Reboot
Menu
Setup
System
Recording and playback settings
Make sure set to /media/hdd/movie/
Save

Make sure no partitions too on pc
