Recording on VU zero

Tried to record both Summerslam and RAW last night (not at the same time but one after the other). Set the timers and went to bed. Got up this morning to see the error message "error while recording disk full?". It has recorded around 160 mins of summerslam and around the same for Raw. Yet the usb (a 64 GB sandisk) is showing as still having 48GB of space left. Can anyone help with this?
 
is it a sd card that's slotted into a usb, if so where did you get the sd card from, it could be that its not a true 64gb card, they can be spoofed to show a bigger capacity than they actually are
