Recordings ?

Hi all,

Noon question. But I've been trying forever and can't figure it out.

On the EPG it says the R for record next to every channel at the top left, however nothing is on record. Deleted all old times and everything.

And literally, only 4 channels are working. 4HD, national geography, Sky Oscar's HD and something else. When I click the channel up and down button it just scrolls through these 4 channels. I go on the EPG click BBC one or Comedy Central for example, and every time it will take me to 4HD. It's like they don't exist ....

Tried refreshing EPG, turning box off at plug etc.

Virgin, H.2H.

Any ideas ?

Try this:
Menu
Setup
Service searching
Manual scan
Set (Type of scan to complete) press ok

Then wait for the scan to finish.. then check your epg and see if you can select a different channel

I managed to fix it, I did that as well as unplug and reset it all etc! So all sorted now thanks.
