hi how do you remove mac address and reinstall it on a formuler z7+

HI my supplier told me to do this
if you still can't get online delete your MAC address from the site here and press update. then turn off your Formuler receiver. Then reinput your MAC address on the website here and reload your box.

Is that not for the supplier to do this on his panel, I don't think is for the users box m8
