Reset scantronic alarm

I have a scantronic alarm and wrong code was entered so alarm went off ,how do I get it working again, its usually 4 digit on entry and 4 digit and tick ,to set it .thanks

Is it not like other alarms ,press 0 or and delete the info , reset should be just arming it again ?

Thank you, not sure of model number as I'm away and someone is watering plants and has cocked it up ,either on way in or out . I'm only hearing it second hand.

Tell them to input the normal set code and press tick ✅

If that doesn't work they'll need to put in engineers code
A zero, then ENTER followed by 7890

Must be a different engineer as thought i read 1234 @confusing us all.
