Resolving autotimer conflits

Hi all, I'm new to all of this stuff so please treat me nicely. I've done some research but I can't get a definite answer on how to remove a conflits error I get on screen, and after a while is a real pain. Is there no way to see the conflits or do you have to manually debug /anayise even autotimer you have live? . Is the only way to start one show . The missus likes stuff like Chicago med... so I have asked the autotimer to record all shows but I guess this is what is causing the conflits. Any help will really be appreciated, it's driving me crazy to come up with a simple solution.
 
Are you setting up series links, this show only airs once a week for an hour. Check your setup on your "autotimer" and make sure than its just set up for that day, also check the time it starts and finishes, sometimes it overlaps by an hour start/finish.
