Samsung smart TV issue with cloud inbox on hdmi

Having problem with either TV or box itself

sometimes when turn the TV on I just get a black screen and I have to keep restarting TV to get picture

The TV says there is nothing plugged in hdmi4 when there is, so I restart TV and it comes on

any ideas please
 
may be a bit obvious but have you change the hdmi cable? Depending what image you have you can set the HDMI CEC in settings to wake your tv up/turn to cloud ibox when you power it on
