Sat lnb inputs on the back?

Just wondering, on the back of the s2 box witch input do you use for tuner b the top or the bottom, i tried scanning for bouquet maker upstairs and it said tuner blocked as i only have one sat feed, took it down stairs to my twin feed and i connected tuner a and connected the other to the bottom tuner b (witch says loop out) and it cured the error i was getting, and i'm pretty sure i recorded a channel and watched another.

So i'm just wondering if it should go in the top or bottom? I'm puzzled lol

Yeah the tuner a is simple lol, and i did think it needed to be in the top tuner b connection but mine seem to work in the bottom one, (i didn't realise that i had done this till i was disconnecting the box but am sure it worked ok ) i dont know strange one
