server chanells just gone off

my openbox chanells on newcam have gone off and all i can get are the free chanellsit still has a tick when i go into the menu on the server but it says offline shoudnt it be saying online i phoned my server but he says its ok all connections have been checked can not no why this has happened
 
Have alook and see if your box has found a ip then reboot your modem rooter and box and see if that helps.and have u done any thing with your box at all messed with it.
 
as with any internet provider,first rule of thumb is to check you are connected,my boxes this morning not worked ,rebooted network and boxes and restarted cam and back up running again.
 
just looked through the menuand where is says add account like the port password ect but all the numbers and lettres that i put in with the remote have somehow dissapered
