Service scan issues

Hi guys.

I have a Zgemma h2h for cable use running Openatv 6.0

Have tuner A not configured and tuner A configured with my network id 41011 - Birmingham, but when I do a scan I only find 30 channels.

I get the vm music and movie preview channels but no FTA channels. I do have a line set up so the VM channels work but I jus can't think where I'm going wrong.

Any ideas?

Yes tuner b is set up with my netid

You say you've set your tuner up, but what about ABM, have you set that up to your local vermin area...???

Yeah done that. Got 407 tv and 37 radio channels.

then what cam and line are you using and does box need a cfg file?

Are you getting BBC1,BBC2,ITV, CHANNEL 4, if not , then you do not have the correct set-up, as you should get these FTA channel only, [ without a line ] if you have scan properly m8

I would change the provider to scan from bruteforce the one of the others? mine is ex cw as example. As regards the signal finder change the type of scan i think to auto?

I`m not at my box, but,Provider scan, i think that should be virgin uk, but please scroll through all of it, as i'm sure there is a more define area, also, what about your ABM, what is your set-up

Changed provider to Virgin UK. Tried ex cw, pure and brute force but still getting the same.

What's advanced provider settings? It should be Autobouquetmaker providers.

You also have FTA only to yes turn that to no

try menu > set up > service searching > AutoBouquetsMaker > providers > virgin uk > netid > scan

Provider should be either Virgin ntl,pure, ex cw,telewest....try one at a time, as one of them should come up with the goods.....
