Setting up a VPN Connection - Windows 7

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to my work place via VPN from home - i enter all the details that is needed to connect to the workplace server.

However i keep getting this error message



Where do you think i am going wrong?

Is the server not responding to me?

Does it have something to do with my Virgin Media Superhub?

now im getting this message even after the admins at work granted me access to the VPN - I think it is my Superhub VM Router.



What do i need to look out for now?

Update: It was the router - i enabled some settings PPT or something like that anyway - haha need to ask the boss how to use it once you've connected to the server. Bit clueless when it comes to VPN as you can tell.

Now how do i use the VPN lol
