Cable Setting up new H2H

Hi guys, looking for
Some help. I bought an H2H VM only for my father, all pre done with ipab and line set up.

No matter what I do I can't get "any" channels to show with the exception of regional (sd) BBC

I've went through the set up several times, and tested the box in a home with working H2H to exclude networking issues

Network test shows all green tics, but in cam there's no cam info like you'd expect, lines in newcam as expected

I'm out of ideas, has anyone seen this before? Ir have an idea what's going on?

We can rule out net id as freeview works
Restarted cam does nothing.
Internet getting to box
All points to the line mate.

Yeh so net ID I know as I've 3 boxes all in a "very" small village

Free view works, not quite as it's only regional BBC 1 that works & BBC 3 shows the "we've moved online" banner but nothing else works
