Setup with Virgin

Hey! I am trying to setup my ZGEMMA H.2S with Virgin. I am aware that it needs to be in tuner b, correct? When I scan for channels only Tuner A is there. Any idea how to fix this? I have added in a line before anyone says. Furthermore, on the free channels such as 1,2,3,4 there is a tuner error.

Go to tuner configuration and make sure tuner b is configured

It won't let me, there is no tuner B there to configure. Also, when I scan there is no Virgin there

The zgemma h.2s is a twin satellite receiver .
You cannot get virgin on it.
You need the h.2h which has a cable tuner.

You could get the usb cable tuner for the h2s off the zgemma website if you want to use it with virgin also
