sf8008 hard drive problems

Well my sf8008 has just started crashing last few weeks.. Today it's crashed 6 times. As above in the morning it's crashed and blue circle spinning.. Power on and off and it's fine.
Wonder if it's on its way out?

Reflash the box from scratch.

No crash log.. It just starts stuttering then blue circle.. Can hear box making a noise.

Double check , if going to Internal Flash it will slow box down and spinning Vix symbol
