Single Tuner input

I have had to move my h2s temporarily and have only a single coax from the dish.

I have set up the box to have tuner A as normal, Simple - Single - 28.4
Tuner B is not configured.

I run the epg and it gets all the channels and I can switch between them all but I get a blank screen.

Any ideas why this would be.

Box was working perfect with the two coax and tuners configured.

Single coax is going in to Tuner A on the back of the box, have tried switching this around but still no good. I just get a no signal message when the coax is in any port but the Tuner A.

Any help appreciated.

Is it connected to the internet the same way/method? Have you run a network test?

Checked Ethernet cable and it was ok but when I reset the router it worked, must have been a network problem.
Seems to be working fine now
