sky 1 and sky living not showing

hi i have zgemma 2s and sky 1 and sky living are not showing but other channels are i tried new scan and cross epg but still same anyone else having same problem or know how to fix? thanks

Yea ran scan in autoboqets and crossepg and restarted box it's just those 2 channels

I have an openbox v8s having the same problem no idea how to fix it??

Well I tried the single scan to see if this would fix my problem.
This made things worse.
I now have no channels at all. I must have messed up somehow??
I went from having 2 channels showing a blank screen to having no actual channels what so ever!!!
Now I really need some kind persons help!! please.

ofpcarnage had the same problem the channel list here Sattv5's Sky Channel List updated by CWaite was updated today and that sorted it for me. Thanks to intrigue who pointed me in this direction.

I have no idea what you guys are on about with the auto scan??

I performed a single sat scan ..I see the channels being detected.
When I have finished the scan I exit and reboot my box.
All I have in the entertainment subsection is 0001 channel line up.
I have no TV channels only Radio Channels?
Can some kind person please assist me??

V8s doesn't do auto update you'll be best uploading channel list check skybox or openbox section.

Have you tried pressing the TV/RADIO button on the remote?

As dsayers2014 says, you can install a new channel list to get them back. Have a look here:-

the problem with channels, is the fec change from 2/3 to 5/6 put in the auto mode you will get your channels back.
