Sky Channels arent working

Hi looking for technical help.

I Bought the Z Gemma H.2s a few months back. Its been working a treat until today. The free view channels are working however none of the sky channels are.

Can someone shine any light on this?

With you saying you've emailed them, I presume your internet connection working OK and the box is connected to the router? I know it sounds obvious but always worth checking

Yes internet is working fine and everything is connected.

It does sound like a line issue then. Could you backup your existing line and then request a 24 hour test line just to confirm it is?
