Skybox f3 scanning issue

i was scanning sat channel and f3 now powering on but nothing is happening and one dont come on.

help please.

how far is the box loading at the front when it come on theres a clock on the front that goes from 000 to 100 make sure your cables are tight

few channels were not coming i was advise that i should scan channels in sat menu so i scanned the list it worked fine but the channel was still not coming so i did it again and after complete scan box did not respond so i off it now it comes on but in the display it goes up to 0040 then nothing happens.
in normal practice it goes all thw way to 100 and then it starts working.

2nd box just went dead no power at all.

take sat feed off unscrew f connector make sure outer cable isnt touching the inner cable have you got the remote extender plugged in to it
