Skybox F5 internet keep disconnecting

Hi All i brought a Skybox f5 and c-line. I installed it, its running but whenever i switched off the Skybox the internet line disconnected so i had to put the password again and reconnect. Anyone know how do i reslove this problem please? Thanks in advance.

Are you using a Wifi connection ?
Directly wired ? or homeplugs ?

That's what I suspected and its probably the cause.

The only thing to do is to run an ethernet cable directly
between the router and your box.

Or use a cheap set of homeplugs if your router and TV are in different
rooms, like these, that should sort out the signal drop.

Mine are only 85Mbps and work fine, so you don't need to pay extra for fast ones.

I also had a similar problem!
Try moving skybox closer to your WiFi router as this helped with my problem.

Are you on fibre or std broadband, mine was iffy with fibre but everyone i know on broadband is fine
