software updates?

After pressing the blue button and going to software update, I find 2 packages ready to update:

enigma2-plus-systemplugins-crossepg
enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-softwaremanager

tried many times to update these files and after package list upgrade completes message says-

"Done- installed or upgraded 0 packages!"
press ok on your remote.

Nothing changes am I missing something

open atv and whooshbuild 3.3

enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-softwaremanager

These two will never be updated as I have them locked.

CrossEPG will stop working if it gets updated to the latest version, which is a known thing on zgemma boxes
Softwaremanager if updated will remove the ability to flash WooshBuild online so I had to lock that for that reason.
