solo2 hammering my internet connection

Hi All,

would it be usual for my internet to be suffering (i.e. harly usable) when my solo2 is on the network.
I've just set it up - nline and epg stuff - would it be doing an initial download and taking up all the bandwidth ?

I found editing my mg_cfg file cured all that, i've attatched mine for you to try, back up your old one in /usr/keys/ then delete yours and use mine, let me know how you get on

Try this Thanks to Intrigue on the Forum
If you find your box is zapping all your Internet speed ( its happened to a couple ive helped) and worked
Open up your Mg file
Try changing this line: L: { 03 } 172.16.1.1 28007 /tmp/mgcamd.log

To this L: { 00

ill try this thanks ,ive noticed if my lads playing online on his xboxone sometimes my Lan seems slow and the tv picture locks up ,not got a gigabit Lan which shouldnt really be a problem as thought was only a few KB's using an N line so will see if this helps

Its your upload thats more important, its getting saturated, some people don't notice due to have a large upload, but if you do as advised it will sort it.
