Some channel's no signal on Sky box f3

Hi folks how's everyone doing,I just after hooking up skyboxf3s in the man shed bbc 1,2 itv etc etc working grand bt sports ,attheraces itv hd, film 4 ,clubland tv,sky news, All showing no signal any help greatly appreciated thanks

have you got an active line on it? - when was last time you tried to view these channels?

Hi Pablo the line not active at the moment have to reload it ,but just thought they should show up scrambled and not no signal ? Thanks for your reply

list the channels you have no signal on,
you may have lost a TP
have you tried a blind scan?

Hi Steptoe haven't a full list at the moment,done a blindscan this and everything showed as ok ,will give it a go again in the morning,can I do a tp scan Steptoe? Thanks for your reply

yes, you can add lost TPs manually, and scan them seperately,
need to know what you have lost first though then we can check if its a TP issue, or a signal problem,
when you are on a missing channel press 'info' and see what signal levels are
and make a note of what TP it is on

Cheers lads got sorted checked back along Sat cable and found a few teeth mark courtesy of a certain little dog all snipped and joined back up all working 100% thanks for all the help greatly appreciated
