some HD channels missing

i'm setting a H2H up , input my net id , entered line etc.. when i scan for channels i'm getting 'timeout for tuner lock' but i can get some HD channels (freeview,sports news, 3,4,5/some movies) and not others. i've tried different local net id's but still get the same

do you know what the frequency's are for the missing HD channels if they are in the lower end spectrum then it could be a case of your signal is just not strong enough for the tuner to pick these up

Are you searching for Cable only? If you are, make sure tuner A (sat) is switched to not configured. That can cause tuner lock.
